I am pleased to introduce HCL TalentCare, a new skill development and staffing venture from the HCL Group of companies. HCL TalentCare aims to enable fresh engineering graduates to launch successful careers in Information Technology through its unique skill and staff business model. Towards this objective, we wish to visit your campus and recruit students  for the YOUNG ENGINEERS’ PROGRAM (YEP) at HCL TalentCare.

YOUNG ENGINEERS’ PROGRAM (YEP)
The Young Engineers’ Program (YEP) is a 6 month, full time, residential career development program which addresses critical skills required for desired transformation from student to a best-in-class professional, enabling the learner to launch careers in Application Development, Software Testing and Networking & Infrastructure Management. In the past year, over 500 engineering graduates havesuccessfully completed the program and launched their careers at globally recognized Technology companies through HCL TalentCare.

YEP consists of a 3 month on-campus learning module and a 3 month on-job training module. The campus module is conducted at our world-class learning center at Manesar (near Gurgaon) and consists of classroom training, practice labs, assessments, counseling support and industry participation in the curriculum. On completion of the campus module, learners are deployed into live roles for On-Job Training for a period of 3 months where they have an opportunity to translate their skills into action in a real workplace environment During this time, the learner is also expected to successfully pass a range of external certification exams from recognized technology certification bodies.

On successful completion of the entire program, the YEP Scholar receives -
1.       Assured Placement in a job with HCL TalentCare and deployment into projects across a variety of global Technology companies at locations across India at an attractive salary and benefits package.
2.      A minimum starting salary of  CTC INR 2 Lacs per annum
3.      A bundle of industry recognized, premium certifications for technical, professional and communication skills (For example, ISTQB, RHCSA, CCNA, MCSA)
4.      An HCL TalentCare Alumni membership with access to our online learning portal and career counselling for a period of 3 years.
5.      voucher for an upgrade certification exam to be used within a period of 3 years.

HCL TalentCare Selection Criteria
·         Eligibility - BE/ BTech (CS, IT, ECE, EEE) graduates from 2013, 2014 and 2015 batches can apply. M Tech and MCA candidates will also be considered. Applicants should have scored a minimum of 60% in their Class 10, Class 12 and Graduation. They should have no arrears or back papers at the time of application.
·         Selection Process – includes a Presentation about our program, an Online Selection Test and a Technical interview.

Young Engineer Program - Investment & Loan Facility
·         Program Investment – Selected candidates are required to make an investment of Rs.1.5Lacs toward YEP Fees before being admitted to the program.
·         Loan Facility – HCL TalentCare has partnered with 3 financial institutions to offer loans of up to 80% of Program feesto selected candidates. Candidates wishing to avail this loan facility will have to invest only Rs.30,000 while the balance amount of RS.1.2Lacs will be paid directly by the bank to HCL TalentCare on behalf of the candidate.  Candidates availing the loan facility must repay the loan on an EMI basis over a period of 3 years on completion of the program.

Retention Bonus
·         Three year retention bonus of INR 60,000

So Total Fees of the Training Program is 1,20,000 Rs but you only have to pay 30,000 Rs and Rest all you can pay in EMI's that too in 3 years and that too via Bank Loan.EMI will only start once you get the Job after 6 months of Training with a Package of 2 Lacks CTC.
