HCL TalentCare’s hiring program is called YOUNG ENGINEERS’ PROGRAM (YEP). This is a unique training cum employment program aimed at fresh engineers, post graduates & graduates. Students selected for YEP are trained for 6 month’s at HCL’s campus in Manesar and the job profile they get is in the field of Software Application & Testing as a Quality Analyst after the training period completion.
Designation: Associate Graduate Engineer Trainee & Associate Graduate Trainee
Stipend: INR 5000 per Month during the On the Job Training (OJT)
Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad & Noida
Salary: Annual CTC of INR 2 Lacs per annum; to be increased substantially on Probation Confirmation
Eligibility:
· BE/ BTech (CS, IT, ECE, EEE), M.Tech, MSc & MCA with an Aggregate of min 55% and above in Class X, XII and 60% above in degree or equivalent.
· BSc (IT/ CS/ Physics) and BCA with an Aggregate of min 55% and above in Class X, XII and 60% above in graduation
Program Fees: Selected Students need to pay only INR 1,00,000* at the start of the training program and the balance fee of INR 50,000* need to be paid in 15 installments starting from first month of your employment with HCL TalentCare.
